Since opening my shop in 2013, I've sampled hundreds of coffees from all over the world. Over time I found myself continually drawn to lighter Nordic style roast profiles, more common to international roasters outside of the U.S. I spent years developing business relationships and friendships with roasters from Berlin, Tokyo, Copenhagen, Oslo, London and more. I saw an opportunity to introduce our customers to new roasters and make these amazing coffees more accessible to the U.S. market.
I strive to bring you a unique selection of coffees from our favorite roasters, both in the shop and online. Whether it’s that hidden gem we are the sole U.S. retailer carrying, or our carefully curated international subscription, there’s always something exciting to be discovered.
